A 'Good Enough' Life
Women tend to grapple with fulfillment, especially as they approach midlife. Often, life is good in many ways so, paradoxically, they can't name a "problem". But they still know that something is missing.
→ They long for a kind of clarity, confidence & wholeness that, despite therapy and other paths, still eludes them.
→ They feel 'called' to something more in a way they don't understand and can't answer, dismissing their inner voice again and again.
→ Worst, they often struggle with guilt for wanting more, believing that gratitude and longing are mutually exclusive.
Wanting 'more' is not selfish. It's your soul signaling that 'good enough' is a baseline, not the finish line.
The Path Unseen
We get called to this, the most important work of our lives, then turn away just as we are about to step in. Usually it's because:
→ We don't know what we don't know.
→ We harbor deep-seated fear of persecution or harm.
→ We habitually & subconsciously de-prioritize ourselves for others.
→ We seek 'fulfillment' by way of external authority.
→ We lack real trust in our own life leadership.
Most women have no idea how much power, resilience and natural wisdom wait within them, untapped. We seek these things everywhere except within because we're taught, very early, that they're elsewhere.
We are in possession of all we need, except the map.

Sacred Life Navigation
Inner relationship work is a return journey to so much we've been taught to doubt, or even fear. Learning to nurture this relationship impacts not just our lives, but every life we touch.
Despite my advanced training in business, psychology & sacred feminine spirituality, I've yet to find a full map or clear instructions for how to do this essential work.
What I have found along the way are three uniquely supportive, transformational approaches that I've combined into one ongoing, empowering life practice.
One that guides & encourages our full Self-expression.

Resonance
& the Art of Inner Relationship:
™
Building resilience, fulfillment & a life you're in love with.
Resonance is a 3-path approach to personal growth rooted in art, ritual & leading-edge psychology. It is a practice that teaches emotional regulation, increases capacity for intimacy,

Emotional Empowerment
Through the use of Internal Family Systems, or IFS, Resonance teaches a strategic protocol of inner work, not unlike 'inner child' work, that addresses unmet needs and old patterns that need healing.
Creativity as Language
Art is a way of knowing. So much more than making beautiful images, Resonance teaches the use of creative process, through art journaling and other methods, for both telling & knowing your cohesive narrative.
Art allows us to express without words, externalizing first and often finding meaning later. In conjunction with the 'parts' work of IFS, creative work can give voice and presence to what needs our attention so that it can be better understood and met differently.
No skills or learned talents required: creativity is not developed; it is an inherent quality (in everyone) that gets liberated.

Communion with the Divine
In a non-religious approach to spiritual development, Resonance interweaves principles and practices of the Sacred Feminine.
an Alchemized, 3-Path Approach
INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS) THERAPY
I am a Level 2 Institute-trained Internal Family Systems Therapist. Internal Family Systems, or IFS, is an evidence-based, leading-edge therapy approach that harnesses inner diversity, self-compassion and the respectful negotiation of the outcomes we want. Having worked with this model for nearly a decade, I've yet to find a better approach for understanding what's "in the way", inside and out, and what to do about it.
EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPY
Art is a way of knowing and a powerful means to externalize and process without the need for words. Expressive Arts practices open channels for new communication and give us the opportunity to chronicle our journey of change while also reflecting on, and being guided by, what we find.
SACRED FEMININE THEORY & PRACTICE
In addition to my clinical work, I have trained extensively in Sacred Feminine Ceremony & Practice to learn ritual and alchemical approaches for change. Spiritual but non-religious, and rooted in historic women's traditions from pre-Christian times, this work focuses on communion with the natural world, attunement with lunar cycles and (not unlike IFS) the liberation and empowerment of our truest essence.
After many years of working with these 3 powerful methods, they live as one within me. My way of working with you naturally interweaves these lenses for an approach to your business & personal development that is integrative, effective and deeply honorary to every part of who you are.
