The Power of Ceremony
Women tend to grapple with fulfillment, especially as they approach midlife. Often, life is good in many ways so, paradoxically, they can't name a "problem". But they still know that something is missing.
→ They long for a kind of clarity, confidence & wholeness that, despite therapy and other paths, still eludes them.
→ They feel 'called' to something more in a way they don't understand and can't answer, dismissing their inner voice again and again.
→ Worst, they often struggle with guilt for wanting more, believing that gratitude and longing are mutually exclusive.
Wanting 'more' is not selfish. It's a signal from your soul to step into more of who you are.
The Path Unseen
We get called to this, the most important work of our lives, then turn away just as we are about to step in. Usually it's because:
→ We don't know what we don't know.
→ We harbor deep-seated, soul-level fear of persecution.
→ We habitually & subconsciously numb out, de-prioritizing ourselves.
→ We define 'fulfillment' on the basis of external authority.
→ We lack essential trust in our own life leadership.
Most women have no idea how much power, resilience and natural wisdom wait within them, untapped. We seek it everywhere but within because we're taught so early that we lack these things.
We are in possession of all we need, except the map.

Therapy-informed
Just as we're about to pursue that call to 'more' and go deeper...
We dismiss that call as a frivolous desire or weakness:
"It would be nice but I am managing, and more isn't necessary"
Life gets too busy with other people's needs:
"I can scarcely find the time for the commitments I have now"
We de-prioritize what's not on fire:
"I'll make time for this later, when (X) is taken care of"
Soulful & Sacred
Blah blah blah

an Alchemized, 3-Path Approach
INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS) THERAPY
I am a Level 2 Institute-trained Internal Family Systems Therapist. Internal Family Systems, or IFS, is an evidence-based, leading-edge therapy approach that harnesses inner diversity, self-compassion and the respectful negotiation of the outcomes we want. Having worked with this model for nearly a decade, I've yet to find a better approach for understanding what's "in the way", inside and out, and what to do about it.
EXPRESSIVE ARTS THERAPY
Art is a way of knowing and a powerful means to externalize and process without the need for words. Expressive Arts practices open channels for new communication and give us the opportunity to chronicle our journey of change while also reflecting on, and being guided by, what we find.
SACRED FEMININE THEORY & PRACTICE
In addition to my clinical work, I have trained extensively in Sacred Feminine Ceremony & Practice to learn ritual and alchemical approaches for change. Spiritual but non-religious, and rooted in historic women's traditions from pre-Christian times, this work focuses on communion with the natural world, attunement with lunar cycles and (not unlike IFS) the liberation and empowerment of our truest essence.
After many years of working with these 3 powerful methods, they live as one within me. My way of working with you naturally interweaves these lenses for an approach to your business & personal development that is integrative, effective and deeply honorary to every part of who you are.
