Women's deep personal truth - their 'well within' - is 0ften badly obstructed. The world still encourages women to over function, de-prioritize themselves and worth-earn through service, all of which keep them disconnected within.

In an age of unravelling, I help women re-weave their narrative and find deeper fulfillment through the art of inner relationship. What's lacking in their lives is never what they think it is: more education, credentialing or achievement. What's lacking is more of who they truly are.

Background

My background is in women's advocacy & clinical mental health.

I ran my own therapy practice for years, taught in my field and I still work in emergency mental health today. I've always been naturally skilled as a steward of change. Over time, my interests became less clinical and more spiritual, leading me to train as a Ceremonialist & Priestess of the Sacred Feminine.

My private practice evolved into a sacred practice, one that interweaves both ancient and leading-edge methodologies to help women root, rise and thrive in lives & businesses they love.

Approach

I have developed a unique synthesis of Expressive Arts, Sacred Feminine practices and Internal Family Systems (IFS). With advanced training in each, I interweave these approaches to help women access, liberate and lead from their core, sacred Self.

My approach, Resonance Life Navigation, is more than a process I apply in sessions, it is a practice that I teach for ongoing enrichment, regulation and fulfillment. Through its use, students learn the life-changing art of inner relationship and become change-agents in their own lives & the world.

The Well Within Collective

RESTORING & REWEAVING

Women tend to be regenerators, drawn to remedy what's gone asunder. Over time we have been conditioned to deliver the 'medicine' and forget that we are the medicine. To worth-earn through service & count ourselves out.

Then we wonder why we feel lost.

Deep in a career in medicalized mental health, I found the opposite of fulfillment. For a long time, my career as a Therapist felt like my purpose. I adored my clients, respected them immensely & valued the work. But deep down, I felt anxious, fearful and trapped in a badly broken system.

My burnout escalated to soul-sickness.

The red tape of my field felt like chains, and not new ones. I struggled immensely to find fulfillment in a tightly regulated, fear-based profession, not understanding it's patriarchal bones. I knew I had to find a way to shift but felt beholden to an increasingly ill-fitting professional identity and the educational debt I'd traded for it.

I was trapped.

And then, on a whim, I travelled out of state to a Sacred Feminine temple gathering, and my timeless education which began at 17, long before my clinical career, resumed. I stepped back into what felt very old within me and began a return journey to my deeper truth, not just in my career but across my entire life.

Sacred Feminine practices felt like home, and I began training to facilitate immediately. I found my sovereignty, my deeper purpose & the elusive missing pieces that I could feel but never grasp in my clinical career.

Today, I help women shed outdated ways of being, discover their wholeness & re-weave a more resonant narrative with and for their lives. Not just for deeper personal fulfillment (though this matters greatly), but to nurture and deliver the soul-level medicine they carried in.

This is the work of collective healing through countless individual cells. Cells of The One Heart, as "there is only one of us here". The world is in critical condition, so let's not delay. Welcome. Prepare to level up. Prepare to meet yourself as never before.
